Prescription Review
This is a short appointment via phone or online for current clients under my care needing some adjustment to their current prescription
I am happy to provide refill prescriptions in between appointments and while undergoing a
treatment plan.
However, in order to maintain my quality service, attention to my clients, and duty of care you may be asked to book a Prescription Review at my discretion in the following cases:
where no change is required, refill prescriptions will be offered up to 4 times in a row, after this point, an appointment will be required.
where small changes are required to your current prescription.
